The Cornish Oven, established in 1999 had never worked with a branding agency before but knew to grow their business to the next level they needed some design help. They wanted to really understand the value of a well considered brand and so asked Absolute to help.
Solution
Working with the whole team from the very beginning, ensuring they understood the process, felt part of the process and Absolute helped The Cornish Oven renew every aspect of their brand. The essence of their brand was there already, they were delivering it every day but not communicating it. Absolute bought this to life. Their brand story was weaved across all communication media. A new brand styling for their shop interiors was also developed by Absolute’s Interiors team bring to life their mantra – “Straight from the oven, straight from our heart”.
Results
The new brand is equally popular with staff, loyal, long-term fans and has bought in new customers. It has engaged the owners with a new energy and vision for their business future. While Absolute continue to offer support on larger projects, we also delivered detailed guidelines [a ‘brand recipe book’] to help The Cornish Oven’s in-house team ensure consistency across all print and digital communications.
